At ShadeVault, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible products. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Clearance or sale items

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or received incorrectly.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with product photos and order details.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
